Gabriel was born with health issues that his parents, Dave and Amy Wilkes, didn’t know how to fix.
Doctors were seeing him multiple times a week, and his parents planned on scheduling the surgeries to fix his body the best they could.
“But my husband had a vision,” said Amy, “He had a vision of a man praying over our child and that he was going to be healed.”
Two weeks after he had that vision, God brought a man to their church for a revival service, and the vision Dave had came true. He had to take steps of faith before that healing came, and he trusted God and took those steps.
After the man prayed over their son, Gabriel was no longer in pain and stopped crying. That night, he slept for 16 hours and the next morning he woke up and God had restored his body to a brand new body and made him whole and healthy and strong.
“I know for a fact that there was nothing that we could have done like what God did in his body. He healed him completely and wholly so that he is a healthy child now. He’s strong and he is so beautiful… Jesus died on the cross so that he could come and give us power that wasn’t there before so that we could pray over our son and that he could be healed. That restores our faith daily knowing that God touched his body. Gabriel is an amazing testimony of what God can do and we are so thankful for that.”
